Integrex i-100S
The Japanese Yamazaki Mazak Integrex i-100-S is the most versatile machine at De Eendracht. Thanks to a spindle diameter of 50 mm and a clamping range up to Ø250 mm, workpieces can be taken up by the 2e Spindle up to Ø200 mm. Thanks to the freely indexable milling spindle and simultaneous control of 3 axes, complex workpieces can be produced on this machine with a short cycle time.
Using a Renishaw measuring system, the workpieces can be scanned before the cycle starts. Thanks to an automatic rod feed system and a Robojob robot installation, we can operate and machine with this machine 24 hours a day.
