Sawing
Accurate sawing is the first step in any production process. With modern and automated sawing machines, we can cut material to exact dimensions, at right angles or at an angle, up to Ø270 mm.
We process cutlery, utensils, pipes and profiles efficiently and with minimal waste. Thanks to a logically structured workflow and a well-organized warehouse, we can deliver quickly and accurately, both for single pieces and series.
CNC ROTATION
CNC turning forms the core of our metalworking. With a modern machine park, mainly consisting of Mazak turning machines, we produce both simple and complex parts with high precision.
We process workpieces from Ø2 to Ø350 mm, with tight tolerances and optimal efficiency. Thanks to driven tools, operations such as drilling, tapping, and milling can be performed in a single clamping operation.
Through automation, we are able to produce partially unmanned products, which results in constant quality and tight delivery times.
CNC milling
With CNC milling, we create precise and complex shapes for a wide range of applications. Our Mazak milling machines, equipped with a fourth axis and advanced measuring systems, guarantee maximum precision.
Thanks to CAD/CAM software, we can efficiently produce complex parts. In combination with turning operations, machining is possible in a single pass, even for parts that need to be machined on multiple sides.
INSTALLING
We take care of the complete assembly of parts into a functional end product. With a well-equipped workshop and a large stock of fastening materials, we can respond quickly.
We have extensive experience assembling mechanical components, such as valves and accessories. In addition, we perform tests, including hydrostatic pressure tests up to 60 bar.
ENGRAVING
We offer precise engraving and marking for optimal traceability of products. With both laser and dot marking, we can apply texts, logos and barcodes.
This is essential for certification (3.1 / 3.2) and quality control. Our processes meet the requirements of, among others, Lloyd’s, TÜV, ABS and DNV.
SURFACE TREATMENT
For optimal protection and finish, we offer various surface treatments through reliable partners. These include zinc plating, anodizing, powder coating, nitriding, and chrome plating.
We ensure that the entire process – from production to finishing – runs smoothly. In doing so, we take tolerances, low thicknesses, and possible deformation of the product into account.
