Quick Turn Nexus 200MSY

The arrival of the Yamazaki Mazak Nexus 200-MSY changed the principle of unattended rotation within De Eendracht. Thanks to a 65mm spillway, a clamping range of Ø250 mm on the main spindle and the ability to transfer products in the same cycle to the so-called sub spindle with a range up to Ø200 mm, simpler but also more complex products can now be rotated completely unattended. Thanks in part to the driven tools and an Y-axis, turning workpieces can be produced on the Nexus 200-MSY that are also equipped with milled surfaces.

Thanks to the automatic bar changer, workpiece receiving system, workpiece discharge system, and automatic loading and unloading by means of a Robojob Robot, the 200-MSY can operate 24 hours a day.
