Quick Turn Nexus 100 M

In 2006, the Yamazaki Mazak Quick Turn Nexus 100-M turning machine made its first appearance at De Eendracht. In the following years, two more followed. These machines are all equipped with driven tools for drilling and tapping operations as well as milling machining. Through a tensioning system, we can tension products from Ø2 mm to Ø52 mm.

Through the automation of the rod feeding and a workpiece-holding system with discharge, these machines can produce series of parts completely unattended. Additionally, these machines can be used for single-piece work. Depending on the technical complexity of the product and the type of material, these machines can operate 24 hours a day.
