The 2 VTC-200 milling machines supplied by Yamazaki Mazak are extremely reliable machines. Due to the construction of the frame, these machines are very suitable for heavy machining and also for light machining, such as drilling holes. With a cooling pressure of 15Bar, holes can be drilled from Ø2 mm with internal cooling, which improves the reliability of the drill and the accuracy of the hole.

Using the CAM package Edgecam, we are also able to machine complex geometries. Newer technologies such as trochoidal milling are also being more widely used at our company to improve the tool’s stand-time, but certainly also to shorten the cycle time.
